You will use, prioritize incoming work orders and assess situations for appropriate response: seek clarification if work is not clear.You will report to the Information Systems Manager. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostics and require that you give hands-on support at the desktop level. This includes receiving end-user help requests. Job Purpose or Objective(s): The IT Support Specialist's role is to ensure computer operations so that end-users can accomplish organizational tasks.
